the project.
This unique learning initiative helped Plan International learn from the emergency responses in Ethiopia, Myanmar, and Mozambique and highlighted successes, lessons, and recommendations to improve emergency programming in these countries and beyond.
The review also questioned the extent to which the response approach was gender aware or gender transformative, in alignment with the Feminist Leadership Principle of Diversity.
The findings were shared cross-regionally, contributing to the evidence base to improve global emergency responses across donors and partners.
Our team prioritised learning products, including interactive presentations and a podcast mini-series, that promoted reflection on evaluation findings, organisational insights and experience, and situational factors to advance an action-centered learning journey to adapt, improve, and enhance ways of working.
