JRNY Consulting conducted a comprehensive assessment of We Effect’s progress towards gender equality—evaluating their ambitions of being a gender-responsive organisation and their journey towards becoming gender-transformative.

Our approach centred on deep engagement with We Effect’s teams, fostering critical reflection on existing gender norms and strengthening internal capacities to drive meaningful institutional change. Through this process, we provided a nuanced analysis of the organisation’s current state of gender equality, identifying systemic challenges and opportunities.

The assessment delivered strategic, actionable recommendations that acknowledged the complexities of identity and power, equipping We Effect with the insights needed to advance its gender equality commitments.
