The JRNY Consulting team assessed progress towards the Dutch Relief Alliance’s strategic priorities, identifying key lessons from the implementation of the Protracted Crisis Joint Responses, the Acute Crisis Joint Responses, and the overall DRA structure.
Beyond evaluating progress, we examined the Dutch Relief Alliance’s role as a global testing ground for operationalising Grand Bargain commitments and Core Humanitarian Standards, recognising its unique Joint Response Mechanisms.
The evaluation provided both short- and long-term recommendations, not only to strengthen the Dutch Relief Alliance’s strategy but also to contribute to broader humanitarian system change.
