the project.

JRNY Consulting designed and delivered a tailored training programme on intersectionality and decoloniality, ensuring these principles are embedded across the organisation’s strategies and operations.

Through rigorous consultation, we developed engaging training materials and a structured action plan that support meaningful integration of intersectionality and decoloniality into climate justice efforts. Our expertly facilitated sessions provided space for deep reflection, equipping participants with the tools to challenge conventional approaches, rethink power dynamics, and translate these frameworks into practical, actionable change.

Informed by participatory discussions and additional data collection, we developed a comprehensive action plan outlining concrete steps, accountability mechanisms, and forward-looking recommendations to reshape monitoring structures and governance frameworks—ensuring lasting impact in the fight for climate justice.
