the project.

At JRNY Consulting, we supported the British Red Cross in deepening its understanding of the role diaspora humanitarian actors in the UK play in crisis response and how to strengthen engagement with diaspora communities.

Through participant-led learning sessions, we facilitated the identification of key themes and insights, complemented by stakeholder mapping to capture diverse perspectives and priorities. Our approach centred on developing contextually rich case studies that highlighted critical learning themes and exposed knowledge gaps essential for strengthening future collaboration.

Building on these insights, we provided strategic recommendations for targeted learning materials and designed practical tools to enhance engagement between the British Red Cross, diaspora communities, and broader humanitarian actors.
